Copyright Policy
We don't host content
IgAnony does not upload, store, host, or redistribute any TikTok videos. We look up publicly available information about a video and return a download link to you. No video ever passes through our servers.
How the download works
Think of it like a search engine that finds a document and shows you the link. IgAnony finds the download link for a video and gives it to you; when you click “Download Video”, the file travels from TikTok straight to your device. It never passes through our servers, and the video itself stays on TikTok's systems.
Respect for creators
TikTok creators own the content they post. Downloading a video doesn't grant you any rights to redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit it. We encourage users to respect creators by:
- Only downloading for personal, offline viewing.
- Asking the creator's permission before sharing their content elsewhere.
- Giving credit if you reference their work.
DMCA compliance
IgAnony complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are a rights holder and believe our service facilitates infringement of your copyrighted work, please see our DMCA page for the takedown process.
For urgent copyright concerns, email dmca@iganony.org. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Limitation of liability
IgAnony only finds and passes on download links. We are not liable for how end users use the video files they download. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of downloaded content complies with applicable copyright law and TikTok's Terms of Service.
