Terms of Service

Effective: June 1, 2025  ·  Last updated: June 12, 2026

Acceptance

By using IgAnony (“Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What IgAnony does

IgAnony looks up publicly available details about a TikTok video and returns a download link for you to use. We do not host video content, and no video passes through our servers.

Acceptable use

You may use IgAnony to:

  • Download TikTok videos for your own personal, offline viewing.
  • Save videos you own or have explicit permission to download.
  • Download content for fair-use purposes (commentary, criticism, journalism, education) where applicable under your local law.

Prohibited uses

You may not use IgAnony to:

  • Mass scraping — automated bulk downloading of videos, whether via scripts, bots, or any non-human interaction.
  • Redistribution — re-posting, republishing, or sharing downloaded videos without the creator's consent.
  • Commercial resale — selling, licensing, or commercially exploiting downloaded content you do not own.
  • Downloading private videos, or circumventing any access controls.
  • Any use that violates TikTok's Terms of Service or applicable copyright law.

Intellectual property

All TikTok videos downloaded through this Service remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and rights holders. Downloading a video does not transfer any copyright or license. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law.

Disclaimer of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for how you use downloaded content, for TikTok's availability, or for links expiring. Your use of this Service is at your own risk.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

Service availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability or downtime.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
